THE TOWN BACKED YOU UP PEOPLE GAVE YOU MONEY AND TONIGHT I FIND ALONG WITH 5 OTHER PEOPLE YOUR BLACK CAT!!!! STARVING !!!! ALMOST FROZEN TO DEATH !!!!YOU TOLD ME, YOU HAD IT YOU WERE HAPPY AND IT WAS FINE... YOU HAD SAID YOU COULD NOT GET CAT FOOD THAT IS NO REASON TO ABANDON A CAT IN THIS TYPE OF WEATHER...
