Hi. Two young men from Beaconsfield are plannning to race across Europe to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Graham Walshaw, 27, a talented local chef and Stuart Warren, 28, a local mechanic, call themselves The Cheeky Badgers. They said: "We are doing this event on behalf of cancer research uk because cancer has struck our family before and we feel than anything we can do to help raise money and awareness for this cause is worthwhile. "For those of you who are not aware of this what the wacky rally is hopefully by the time you have finished reading this you will be up to speed. "The Wacky Rally is an event which has been running for a number of years which pits drivers against each other in a race across europe. Sounds pretty average right? Wrong......you are only allowed to spend £300 on the car and you also have to decorate or theme the car in your own wacky way. "The theme we have chosen to go with this year is American Sheriffs. With a little help from some friends and possible sponsors we should have the car and hopefully be in the process of making it look as awesome as possible in the next few weeks. "This is for a very good cause so all donations, no matter how big or small, are greatly appreciated".
