Hi UFC family! I just want to share my way of cooking. This jar is Ghee... Or clarified butter. I used to work on an organic farm on the big island and we used to make this in a whole day... Takes long! If you make it yourself from organic milk then there are so many byproducts you can save but this is the best stuff when youre done. Instead of using regular butter or margarine, I use this so my veggies dont stick to the pan.. 😍😘
