Hi, Whoever is in charge of interrupting the electricity needs to do his/her job properly. Yesterday we had electricity ALL DAY...imagine my complete shock when I came back from work and found out that the fridge, TV, light bulbs and outlets were on the whole day. A few bottles exploded in the refrigerator, I couldnt even spread my butter this morning and my salad is completely frozen!!! I also had to go to REGIDESO to pay the bills for the FIRST time this month instead of the usual once-in-three-months pattern. I am extremely disappointed. This is unacceptable; I count on REGIDESO to regulate the amount of money I spend on electricity, I do NOT appreciate having to spend more money due to a malfunction or staffs mistake. So...what is REGIDESOs telephone number so they can fix this ASAP? Thank you.
