Hi Yall, I just go off the phone after having an argument with a supplier with very poor customer service, simply trying to return a part that did not work as advertised. Really disappointed with the lack customer service of some companies in Australia that want to business with us but will not support their own product or brand. I want to take this moment to ensure our business is NOT like this at all because I can think of nothing worse then a lack of customer service or back up support. As you can understand sometimes problems happen with product or simple misunderstandings between people but its how these situations are dealt with that show the difference between a good or bad experience.
