Hi again, after cleaning all day yesterday I sat down and watched - TopicsExpress

Hi again, after cleaning all day yesterday I sat down and watched Black FIsh the movie. All I can say is how inhumane we humans are some time. All the trainers that wre shown being interviewed seem really contrite but I have to ask how could they not question the inhumanity of locking up huge mammals in a small bathtub for 16 hours or more. How did they think those huge mammals ended up at these establishements and how could they believe that these intelligent animals would be happy to vegitate for 60 to 100 years of their lives. Not only are we humans incredibly inhumaine at times we also have an infinite ability to lie to ourselves. That all said Tilikin is being held hostage since the death of the last trainer. He lives in solitary confinement and is let out for about 40 hours a day to splash in an inclosed pool for the entertainement of an audience. I amsure if he had hands and a thumb he would have hung himself by now. So many have watched this movie. I want to know if anyone has heard if there is a movement to get Tilikin out of the confined space he is in and free him in a safe part of the ocean. They are using him for breeding now so he is worth millions to them. This has to stop. These captured whales and other captured animals need to be set free in protected areas where they can roam and live a better life that what they have now. What can we do anyone have ideas?
