Hi all - my name is rik and I like to play with toys! Im a life-long gamer who first caught the bug as a toddler when colouring in my brothers 1st edition Monster Manual with a biro. Over the years, Ive run and played a whole slew of roleplaying and board games, including some LARPing, although I am pleased to say CCGs passed me by. I was lured onto the plastic crack by Heroquest in the late 80s and have been wargaming off-and-on since then. Unlike many of the HATE crew, I am not afraid of square bases and have a ludicrous number of Fantasy Orc miniatures that may now actually see the light of day. More recently, Ive been collecting 40K Orks and finally learning to paint to a semi-decent standard. I am mostly known for playing games extremely slowly (largely due to my refusal to learn rules properly) and for my inability to roll dice. The term rik-roll will soon become familiar to you all...
