Hi all Brett Hannon and myself will be starting a group fitness 6 week program starting from next Tuesday 18th March all fitness levels are more than welcome the session will run for approximately 45 min to 1hr starting at 6am at Sturt Park there will be two session during the week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and an additional session on Saturdays from 7am please inbox myself or Marcia Millsteed for more details if your interesting #timetodothehardyards#winterapproaching#summerbenefits
