Hi all FB friends and family! For those of you who dont know, I fell very ill back in October. I went to the clinic and the ER a total of three times before collapsing at the clinic. By the time I got to the ICU at Doctors, via Emmanuel, my heart stopped twice, I had pneumonia, high blood pressure, diabetes, two cysts and an infected bone on my spine, two MRIs done and a bunch of other stuff. Due to the MRSA infections a PICC line was put in my arm for antibiotic infusions. I was told by the doc this morning that I was done with the antibiotics and PICC line was coming out, but by the time I got home she called and told me that the neurosurgeon looked at my latest MRI and saw some lingering infection and since the spine takes longer to heal, I have to keep the PICC line for another 6 weeks. Even though I was bummed earlier, I realized that 6 weeks is better than none at all. so thank you god for saving my bacon and for my family. Especially for the greatest wife on earth, Maria. Thank you hon for being my rock.
