Hi all, Further to my emails I have put a rota for the two Pontrilas Auction Dates up on the noticeboard at Under Fives along with a cake list and sandwich filling list. Please could you indicate on the rota whether you can volunteer for the AM/PM shift. We need 4/5 people in the morning going down to 3/4 in the afternoon. Ideally we need people in the morning from 7 until around 1 when the PM shift take over but if you cant do the whole shift just write on the rota what hours you can do with a minimum of 3 hours if poss otherwise it gets too complicated!! Also let us know if you can make cakes or fillings.......thanks in anticipation!!!!!!!! Jess
