Hi all. Here i have my very very original 1976 Series 3 Short Wheel Base 2.25 petrol for sale. She has been sat in a field for 15 years! So as you would expect it has no tax or M.O.T! I did start work on her with the view of putting her back on the road but too many other projects a baby and a wedding to plan as put a stop to it. Chassis appears to be in not bad order, passengers bulkhead out rigger could do with being repaired/replaced. I have started to clean the chassis up but could do with the rest being wire brushed over and a good check over and a paint and repair if it needs it. Springs and shocks are looking very tired but have given the springs a paint with oil. Door bottoms and tops have had it. Bulkhead has seen better days really but a good welder/fabricator could repair it with a new passengers footwell, new top corners etc etc Engine Havent had it running yet as starter needs a clean up but i will work on getting it running before it sells. Brakes needs a complete overhaul, pipes all look ok but nothing on the pedal. Clutch is untested as there is nothing on the pedal Gearbox seems to be ok but not driven it to properly check it. Electrics most the electrics do work but could do with a check. Seats are very worn but has had a deluxe drivers seat fitted. LOG BOOK/v5 NEEDS TO APPLIED FOR AS ITS BEEN LOST. I DO HAVE THE PAPER WORK TO DO THIS! Please come and view this little series. I dont want the winning bidder to turn up and be disappointed and that it is not what they want or expected.
