Hi all, I am looking for a roommate for my 3 bedroom apartment in Crystal City. We are two professional women in their 20s are looking for an awesome female roommate around the same age to take our available bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq. foot apartment in a luxury building in Crystal City, Arlington. Looking for someone to move in March 1st, 2014. The apartment and room are really large, and we have a spacious balcony and laundry room in the apartment. You would have the master bedroom, so you get your own bathroom and three closets (one is a walk-in)! The building has an outdoor pool, courtyard, gym, convenience store, 24 hour front desk, business center, dry cleaners, salon, rooftop party room, etc. Safe and quiet neighborhood, we are located across the street from the Yellow and Blue metro lines (there is also parking available in the complex). Pentagon City Mall, Harris Teeter, Costco, and tons of restaurants are just a short walk away. There is a credit/income background check required by the building. Rent is $1,112.40 plus cable and utilities, which is usually around $100 a month/person.
