Hi all I have learnt an important lesson and from my self development: There is a particular girl at work who wants recognition and validation from her sales she makes and always suck up to the boss. She always rings the bell at the sales board to make sure everyone recognizes and validates her. Last week she did not get many but this week has been smashing it. I been reading the 50th law by 50 cent and learnt to be self reliant and be happy with yourself. It has been slow but I am always the top performer but it has been a shit week. One thing I have learnt is I am content with who I am and not trying to impress the boss so regardless of whether or not I make sales or not I walk home content with my self whereas her happiness comes only when the boss is happy with her.
