Hi all, I have to say I am very disappointed in our class. I completely understand that we have engagements and such that we previously scheduled but the turnout of students to listen to the NCLEX review companies was pathetic. Please dont take this post as me being bitter but I am trying to understand why the turnout was so poor. Was it communication about these sessions going on? Was there a misconception about why we wanted people to attend? Were you being lazy and figured that other students would cover for you? These companies took time out to travel and present especially for us not only information about their companies but valuable information about the NCLEX, something that pertains directly to us. We (the 414 group who organized this) did this for you guys and did not attend instead of you guys. The turnout is puzzling because on the first day of class almost everybody signed up on the list that circulated about being interested in doing a review. For those unable to attend we will be in next weeks 421 class (both wed and fri) to answer questions and will be handing out a survey where you guys can voice your opinion about which company to choose. Any questions/comments/concerns/responses please direct them to me. I am open to discussing/debating/listening to you yell at me, etc. Thanks for your time.
