Hi all I just got back from the 2014 AAU Taekwondo National Sparring Team’s training in Dallas TX where I spent three days of working with some of the Nation’s best coaches doing endurance training; strategy drills and the best part, Daedo sparring matches with multiple AAU National Team members. I hung out mostly with new friend and fellow AAU Cadet Teammate Jackson Sigalove from IL and special thanks to AAU National Team Coach Master Georgie Martinez who coached me and some of the other male cadets during Saturday’s sparring sessions.
