Hi all! I recently moved to the Miami area from Boston, and teach yoga as a passion and as a full time job. My classes are a vinyasa flow style, including pranayam and guided meditation. Im thoroughly enjoying sampling out different yoga classes in the downtown area so far; however, Im really missing teaching.
