Hi all I wanted to post an apologize for deleting my earlier post as I took gauge to an emergency vet, they said he had to be sedated to be able to look at his face and in his mouth, They contacted me a few hours later to tell me they couldnt figure out what is wrong, so pain meds for 3 days (they said hes in a large amount of pain) and antibiotics for 10 days if it doesnt improve he will need re evaluated. I have spoken with another vet who is going to give me a second opinion and look more into the whole situation. Gauge is 5 months old, and Ive had him about 2 weeks. Story behind today I took my son to daycare I came back to gauge curled into a tight ball on the couch he wouldnt pick his head up for me so I went to touch him and he started yelping, as time went on at the vet he just laid their looking lifeless and breaking my heart. My friend just picked him up for me so I could still work and we are heading to get our second opinion. Please say a prayer for my boy, its breaking my heart to see him in such pain:-(
