Hi all, Im a newbie booked at the Grand Palladium JA in May. The Trip Advisor reviews and rating isnt as good as other resorts in Jamaica and now Im seeing the whole issue about the staff expecting tips and basically not doing normal expected things without one. Which is a major turn off. Anyone experience this? Tips are usually included in the all - inclusive cost and I get giving a little extra for a special request or IF I FEEL LIKE IT, but housekeeping not cleaning my room without one is not cool. I also see complaints about the front desk staff. I love the look of the hotel and all the amenities but not at the sacrifice of being treated like...well crap basically. Someone give me the scoop please! Thanks.
