Hi all, Im not sure if you are aware of what has been happening at Canterbury University but basically, their engineering society held a RoUndie 500 which saw students dressing up in some of the most awfully offensive costumes I have ever seen (included an Ebola one complete with blackface, a ranking of the hottest girls, and Gaza strippers). I think the theme was literally to be as offensive as possible (for real!!). Anyway, FemSoc have complained about it and are receiving A LOT of abuse from other students/horrible people in general. I was wondering if there was some way we could show our support and solidarity with them. Its important that we support those fighting the same fight and that we get this issue recognised at a national level because, as I assume youll all agree, this sort of behaviour is never acceptable.
