Hi all, Ive had a really up & down day. Last nite I got approx 2.5hrs sleep, then I had to be up at 630 to be ready for my aunt to pick me to take me to the hospital. I had a pain clinic appt to have a cortisone injection into my shoulder. The 1 injection I thought I was having turned out to be 6 injections!! I then got home & 10 minutes later my new sofa arrived. After that I had to pick my hubby up from work. When I got home I got straight into my chair and crashed! Hubby woke me up at 3ish and told me to go to bed. I went to bed, straight to sleep ... I then woke again at 8.10pm!!! The way I was feeling earlier in the day I actually thought I was having an ME flare, and that scared me! Luckily it wasnt, I was just beyond exhausted and my body just shut down all afternoon & early evening lol. ... The sleep I had earlier is obv why Im wide awake now :-/. I hope the injections turn out to have been beneficial ......xxSalxx
