Hi all, Just wanted to get some advice on an issue I have been having recently. I have been at my current workplace for almost two years now and have been very fortunate to get along well with all the parents. Unfortunately I have had to speak to a parent a few times recently about their childs behaviour, and although I have done my best to be professional, I believe the parent has spoken badly of me to one of my colleagues, and has said that they dont want to see me, speak to me etc.. I dont understand why. The last few times we have spoken we have tried to come up with stratergies for the issues that had been arising, and I was under the impression that we were working together on these issues. Im not sure what to do in this situation, so any help would be greatly appreciated! X
