Hi, all. Looking for some input to avoid awkwardness. I brought this up over a year ago on SQ: the issue of what to do when you receive an invitation with no follow-up. In my previous post, the three invitations ranged from very specific to vague, and nothing ever came of them. Now I find myself with two more invitations, both for specific events (meals) but without set dates. I responded to the invitations with the requested information, i.e., availability, but no further specifics have been supplied. Should I just let it go (again) and assume nothing, or should I ask about the plans?
