Hi all! Minion Rose just spoke with Queen Mum Carol and she tells me we are on the schedule with Comcast to hook up our internet. She says it will be a couple days yet. For sure were make up for your EMPTY email in-box later! :-o In the meantime....reminders: Our new Monday hours are 10:00a-7:00p. Classes will still be held on various evenings so you might be seeing cars in the parking lot after hours. Next week Friday, July 18, is our next S.E.A.M. (Sewing Eating and a Movie). Time is 6:00p-ish to 10:00p-ish. Cost is $5.00 for a light supper. Bring a snack to share if youd like! Bring along whatever sewing, knitting, crocheting, tatting, etc project and meet new friends! There is still room to sign up for our Sleep at Home Retreat! Dates are Thursday, July 31 and Friday, August 1. Where? Ideal Park CRC in their fellowship hall. Times for both days are 8:00a-10:00p. Cost: $30.00 for either day OR $50.00 for both days. You are NOT required to stay the entire time! Just come and go as fits in your schedule. Cost includes: light breakfast both days and the evening meal both days. Lunch is on your own at home, nearby restaurants or a Sak and Yak (pack it and bring it with you). No classes or demos are offered...just a comfy table and chair for you to bring your projects to work on. We will provide 4 irons and 4 ironing boards so you wont have to tote them.
