Hi all, My lovely apartment will be available from 30th of April, as I no longer need all the space. My landlord will be offering it via an agent soon, but has given me the opportunity to find someone provision-frei (commission-free) that would be interested in taking over some of my furniture as well as the apartment in one go. Doing it this way would save us both time, hassle, and of course money. To put this into perspective, if you were to get the apartment through an agent (which the landlord will hire if I dont find someone soon) you would be expected to pay around 2.5 months rent just for the privilege of being introduced, and you wouldnt get any of this amazing stuff. Also, remember this place has a nice big kitchen already built in and ready to go, which is something of a rarity in this part of the world :)
