Hi all, My lovely apartment will be available from 30th of April, as I no longer need all the space. My landlord will be offering it via an agent soon, but has given me the opportunity to find someone provision-frei (commission-free) that would be interested in taking over some of my furniture as well as the apartment in one go. Doing it this way would save us both time, hassle, and of course money. The apartment is located half way along the Graf-Recke-Straße near the Zoo park, and is up on the 3rd floor and has 2 balconies. Its around 60 square metres, and has a large living room, bedroom, hallway, kitchen (inc kitchen!!!), bathroom with bath and shower, and bedroom. Theres also a cellar box for extra storage (bike/boxes etc). The bedroom and living room have blue carpet. The hall, bathroom, kitchen and back (small) balcony have granite tiles and the large sunny balcony has wooden decking. Fast Unity cable internet and TV available. Theres plenty of free car parking space directly out in the street here, and is 3 minutes walk to the tram (706, 708) or 10 minutes to the Zoo S-Bahn. Rent (kaltmiete): €600/month Nebenkosten: €70/month Stadtwerke: Electricity/gas: €61/month Included in the furniture package is: >L-shaped brown leather couch (super comfy, also for sleeping on) - >€1200 >Washing machine (OK. OWM 150 + extra guarantee till November 2016) - €219 >Black expandable table in living room (transforms into larger table) Bjursta - €199 >Wardrobe in bedroom. 3 door Dombas - €69 >Luxaflex blinds in Kitchen X2 - €58 >Blackout blind in bedroom ~€20 >Lightshade in kitchen ~€15 >Lightshade in bedroom ~€5 Total value ~ €1785 (new price). Most of this stuff is a couple of years old now (all still in good working order), and as such Id be happy to suggest offers in the region of €900 for all this stuff (If anyone would be interested in any of these bits individually, please get in touch with an offer). To put this into perspective, if you were to get the apartment through an agent (which the landlord will hire if I dont find someone soon) you would be expected to pay around 2.5 months rent just for the privilege of being introduced, and you wouldnt get any of this amazing stuff. Also, remember this place has a nice big kitchen already built in and ready to go, which is something of a rarity in this part of the world :)
