Hi all, This is a post for drawing tour attention towards pathetic service provided by reliance in pine region, i like to share my personal experience where i raise a concern for some of my services where i had escalated to the customer care, people working over there can not resolve my concern and when i ask them to transfer my call to your seniors, these senior are always busy and didnt come to phone and cc exe. Assure me that our senior will call you but you will not receive a call, second thing every time when you escalate any concern they have mugged up dialogue WE WILL TAKE YOUR COMPLAINT AND INFORM TO THE CONCERN TEAM then you are waiting to get resolved, and next time when you do the follow up for the request and update for the point that you have raised, they do all the formality stuff and said we will again raise this why it has not been resolve very bad experience with reliance no 3g, no network coverage, do not have good sound collection for caller tune, false billing....... What to say more list goes on n on, thanks Reliance for making innocent customer fool !! ðŸ˜
