Hi all! Two things: 1) Im finishing up an article about educational initiatives: Would you want a plan in place, in which education in New York is funded through income taxes and not property taxes? You wouldnt pay school property taxes anymore (this has nothing to do with municipalities, special districts, etc). You would pay based on what you make, not the value of your home. This means that renters would also pay. If you dont like that idea, what other ideas do you think might work? Which ones would not? 2) Been a very, very busy couple of weeks(/months/years) lol, so if I havent gotten back to you, its not that Ive forgotten, just super packed schedule.
