Hi all. Who do I complain to regarding the validity of the gambling/internet shop in the shopping complex in Pienaar Street? It seems to be getting dodgy by the day and draws an interesting crowd after hours...My complex across the road also had 2 break-ins in units that has definitely been monitored. The Gate sensors gets taped so that the gate cannot close. Unfortunately I cannot point fingers or prove that the shop has any influence, but the tenants are making us aware so I need to know what to do? Thanks!
