Hi all have been transitioning raw till 4 for a 18 months lost 25 kgs, feeling slim & healthy. However 4 months ago moved into menopause & have gained about 10 kgs, was size 12 now size 14. Not sure whats going on? I had major brain surgery to remove benign tumour June 2013 lost a lot of weight. So Im going to post food diary would welcome any advice. Todays food. Breakfast: Green smoothie, 4 bananas, 2 cups mango, apple juice. Lunch: choc banana, date smoothie, 1 cup soaked dates, 5 bananas, 1 tabs carob powder, 20 drops stevia choc raspberry, 1 cup coconut water top up with water to make 1.5 litres Dinner: Pure rye bread sandwiches 6 slices rye bread 2 tomatoes 1/2 cucumber 1/2 cup organic spinach alfalfa sprouts I dont often eat bread organic herb teas 1.5 litres water about 2050 calories
