Hi all, just to let you know tomorrows specials: Posh Fish Butty - lemon sole fillet in a bun with proper chips, home-made mushy peas and salad garnish Fish Quartet: salmon fishcake, smoked haddock fishcake, scampi, tempura prawn all atop a delicious salad base with coleslaw, dips and a few home made chips - think of it as fish and a few! Hot chicken and bhaji salad - a great salad bowl topped with chicken in a mago dressing, onion bhaji stack drizzled with minty mayo - this dish is delish, reasonably healthy but a definate saturday treat (will ask Dean to post a pic in the morning as I am hopeless with this techno stuff!) Mexican wrap: a tortilla wrap filled with crispy chicken, salsa, lettuce, cheese, avocado and sour cream served with a bowl of seasoned fries, salad & coleslaw Creamy salmon pasta: a bowl of pasta with poached and smoked salmon, onion, mushrooms (and whatever comes to hand!), in a creamy tomato sauce, served with a chunk of bread and butter for dipping and a generous sprinkle of parmesan, yum!
