Hi all my F/B friends. Just to let you know I wont be around much next week my dear old man has to go into hospital in Durban for a heart operation. He has had a dickey heart for many years but now meds are not working anymore - has to have a valve repaired(we hope) and not replaced - replacing seems very drastic. Then they will do an ablation in the chamber - burning off the mis-firing pins hoping that the heart will beat normally again. Very trying time for our little family only my hubby, my kid in the UK and me. BUT we have confidence in the cardiologist and the surgeon and I am sure he will come out much improved and ready to face the world again.
