Hi all, needing some advice please? Our Penny (ba x catahoula) is displaying some slightly aggressive behaviours. If my 15yr old son and 12yr old son are fighting Penny will growl and try to nip my 12yr old. If i rouse on my 15yr old she will try to go for him. She hasnt done it to me or my 7month old baby girl (they will lay next to each other on a bunny rug and Penny is incredibly gentle). She seems to target my 12yr old the most though. To be clear, he hasnt done anything nasty to her or hurt her at all. Could it be that she sees him as a puppy or lower than her in our pack, so to speak. Any suggestions as to how to encourage positive behaviour and stop this not so positive behaviour from happening? I rouse on her when she does it and use treats to reward good behaviour.
