Hi all, the weekend has crept up on us again, and I know its only August but its rugby time!!!!! Tomorrow (Aug 16th) we have the first of our pre season games, when we are home against our illustrious neighbours from down the road Pontypool R.F.C. Who boast no fewer than a dozen ex United players in their current squad. It will be nice to welcome them back home along with former coach Stuart Lawrence, A warm Utd welcome will be assured to all the Pontypool players, staff and supporters on what should be a great day out in the sunshine at the Memorial ground, kick off is at 2.30pm. There will also be a bucket collection at the game raising much needed funds for The One in a Million charity who are working so hard for the stiff person syndrome, in particular for local mam Nerrick Whittingham.
