Hi all we have a Room for Rent in a 3 bedroom apartment in San Gwann as of 15th September. The apartment is central, 5 minutes drive from Sliema, St. Julians, Naxxar, etc. All imaginable amenities are within walking distance, Multiple Super Markets and Veggie guys, pharmacy, butcher, hardware store across the road, Drinks n’ More just down stairs (open 9am - 9pm everyday Sundays + Xmas too) and a lot more to explore. Bus stops on either sides of the apartment for those that don’t drive plus two driving flat mates always happy to give a lift. Ample parking outside the apartment for those that do. You’ll be living with two full time working people. Im an event organiser and DJ so expect some fun nights out. Niki is an IT Specialist and Event Photographer. We are both super out going people, always up for a bit of fun, but very respectful of working times and personal spaces. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, one with a bath. Open plan Kitchen and Living room - no TV as we prefer Projectors Apple TV installed so if you’re a Mac user no cables necessary. €250 Base rate then we split bills at the end of the month 3 month trial contract then if all parties are happy with one another we can extend for as long as you please.
