Hi all...when I was eleven years old, I met a young lady at Henderson Community Memorial Bible Church in the Village Creek Community of SE Ft. Worth. My sister and SS teacher, Lois Anona Cheek brought the young lady to church and they lived across the street from each other. That young lady was Alice Bernice Burdett, a pretty red-headed girl and freckled. To make a long story short, she and I were saved and baptized and at 18, we married in that church. The Lord gave us five wonderful children and we have a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and many family members and friends whom we love. Later, she helped me through seminary and then through thirty plus years of missionary work in Brazil. Tomorrow she will be 77...the # 7 is said to be the number of perfection ( not sinless ) and she has been all of that in our almost 59 years of marriage. Her initials are ABC . Alice, I LOVE YOU! Happy Birthday tomorrow!
