Here some details:- Accounts Executive (Finance Department located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya) Job Function: • Able to maintain full set of accounts • Handling of payment and deposit transactions • Other job assigned by Senior Accounts Manager • Update transactions in the accounting system and generate reports from the accounting system • Responsible for office administration duties • Supervising the work of accounts clerk or accounts assistant • Liaise with the financial institutions, customers and suppliers. • Assist in the preparation of supplier and bank reconciliation • Process all petty cash payments • Process the monthly staff salary • Other Ad hoc tasks Qualifications: • Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Certificate in Accounting (LCCI) • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field • Proficient with accounting systems or accounting soft ware usage • Knowledge of Microsoft Window and Excel is a compulsory • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English Salary: Starting salary will be RM1,800.00 per month + travelling allowance (EPF contributions will be accordingly to law).
