Hi and thanks for adding me. Im not a longtime runner (or athletic for that matter); Ive only been running for about a year. I only ran in traditional running shoes for about 3 months of that time before I switched to Vibrams and never looked back. Ive also lost over 100lb with a combo of running, yoga, martial arts, hiking and a primal diet. Now Im convinced were all meant to be barefoot as much as possible and I do.
