Hi as promised here are the pictures of the hampers and new spice blend, as well as some exciting news about our new coffee range. The new blend is a smoked Portuguese spice called Linguica Fumada traditionally used in making sausages, but is also great in meat balls and rubbed over steaks. It works well with red and white meats and seafood and partners with both red and white wine. We are also very excited to announce the launch of our new Spiced Coffee range. There will be three different blends, but we will only have two at the markets tomorrow; Arabic Spiced Coffee which can be used in espresso, stove top and plunger. And our Mexican Mocha which can be used in a plunger and on stove top. Our third coffee is a spiced Persian coffee. I still have to experiment with this one, but it should be at the next markets. Hampers!!! as the silly season is looming ever closer why not start thinking about gifts for loved ones? We have two different sizes. The small includes five of our most favored blends, with Egyptian Dukkah, Tzoug, Zaatar, Middle Eastern Spice Blend and Chai. These hampers are $22. The next size up are themed. We have a Mediterranean/Mexican hamper. This has in it one Piri Piri Olive Oil, One Mexican Mocha, one Linguica Fumada, one Spanish/Mexican blend and one Mexican Chocolate spice. Our other themed hamper is an Eastern Mediterranean hamper. This has one Lemon and Garlic Olive Oil, One Arabic Spiced Coffee, one Egyptian Dukkah, One Ras El Hanout and One Zaatar. These hampers are $33 We also have a third themed hamper coming, stay turned.
