Hi dears,this is regarding the fake post of 1 of the customer telling we are cheating her even after we Sent the parcel and arrange for delivery for more then 5 times using 2 courier companies.(Courier guy did went to her house twice before she left to her hometown). And afterwards,they forwarded to poslaju and even poslaju left poslaju notice to her before return back to the Aramex at the end (Confirmed by customer and prove attached). Even,i keep on assiting her making delivery arrangement with courier company until March 2014 and even keep reminding her to get the things done within deadline advised by courier company ,And the reply i got Thats not our problem until i stop assist her after she blamed me having her parcel eventhough shes still holding poslaju notice with her until now and Aramex still waiting for her updates to take delivery from them(3 months +) Its seems well planned to bring our business down from earlier bcz she never show any interest to collect her parcel eventhough we keep her reminded alot of times or atleast she can divert it to our address to get refund if really not interested rather than keep it missing. Sorry to say,some customer may feel annoyed and unprofessional with our action towards this customer,but we have no choice other than go legally to clear the negative remark shes keep on spreading about us. When majority of our customer can deal nicely with us by inbox,email,sms or call us that is not the way to keep on spreading fake info about us without know how this online business does work. I pay to you,Not ARAMEX..y should i ask Aramex my parcel?I dnt know About this Business-I pay to u,I will Ask and Report U ...(This is wat she did ask me-I said online buss based on courier delivery only-Ans she said Not her problem as shes not free for it .Then im not sure what for she placed and order and mentioned us as Cheater ? Please dont spoil any Genuine Seller If you dont wish to Encourage them by giving business. i suggested her to do police report on courier company if really cnt trace the parcel,so we can think of any reimbusement if possible eventhough its customers mistake,But endup -pointing finger at me We will close this case here as its under Police custody now and we hope this is our 1st and last police report against Any customer as we really dnt prefer to do this to any of our customers as our job is to protect them,but if they become like our first enemy,we have no choice sorry-bcz we need JUSTICE if they dont know real meaning of cheating.Thx
