Hi every body . I need suggestion for my future carrier path. Here I am mentioning about my current status. I am 7 years of exp in .Net. Currently I am posted in a level 5 company at Bhubaneswar. My current designation is TL (Team Lead). In my carrier I have worked on .net technologies like ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework and LINQ. Currently my work pressure is not very high and I am able to learn new technology. I have heard about the new and emerging technologies like Big Data, Hadoop etc. I have no working experience in java , unix or any ETL tool.is it possible for me to learn Hadoop now? What type of carrier growth is expected for me after learning Hadoop?
