Hi everybody. Reading all the stuff and the well wishers and neigh sayers stuff I feel I need to say something to set the record straight. The truth is that my life is in a place right now to where my obligations and my responsibilities are so great that its inhibiting my performance and my commitment level. I feel that that my contribution to the band was sub par over the last year or so and I really struggled with the decision to step out of the band. Its not what any of us really want but for now its what has to happen for me. We all love each other and are all feeling a little lost and hurt. These guys are some of the most important people in my life, Dave and I personally have been through alot in the almost 18 years we have been together. He remains one of my dearest friends and truly proud to call him my brother. Heres the good part: we will play together again this Saturday at bricks on north Academy, so you all have to come. This doesnt mean that the band is over. Lisa Dave and jim will carry on without me and we have left the door open so if one day in the future I may come back into the fold which is highly likely if they will have me back. So stay tuned folks for this SCGl saga is far from over. I know that all the loyal SCG people will continue to turn out and continue to give the their full support as this wonderful and unique band moves on. Thank you for all the love
