Hi everyone! Another flatmate, is leaving us from the 12th or13th of this month so we need a NEW flatmate! (boy or girl) We live in a house with: - 5 rooms. The available room is a single bedroom, Each room has a key. - big kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms. - wifi, gas heater, gas kitchen, washing machine, dryer, garden with table and chairs and space for bikes. - We r leaving 3 girls and 2 boys: irish, brazilian and spanish. easy going and respectful. The boy is leaving. ~the house is in Old Blackrock road, 10 from the city center. Safe and calm area. 3 bus stops close. ~Dogs and/or cats are allowed. ~Parties and smoke into the house is not allowe. Rent: 260 monthly. No bills included. We are looking for a respectful and CLEAN flatmate, older than 23 if its possible. We have a rotta so everybody clean something in the house every week. I answer private!
