Hi everyone! First things first everyone...try to be positive. Eat a healthy breakfast, maybe some oatmeal w/fruit, an omelet...etc. We know its the most important meal of the day to get our bodies and minds in motion. Im having oatmeal myself. If your doctor prescribed meds for daytime, remember to take them. I just took mine, and btw, my new medication is working wonders and I am just so thankful. Im still working on night meds and sticking to taking them so I am able to get the rest I need. I just dont want to sleep. Im terrified of sleep. Why? Idk. but all I can do is keep trying. Its important to keep your hygiene up and take good care of yourself. I know its difficult, but part of being healthy is being clean, right? Get dressed and tackle those goals. Im still taking my baby steps and learning to manage my illness so just take one step at a time. Dont overwhelm yourselves. Well, I should be online most of the day posting, chatting, doing some research, so if anyone need support on anything, I am available and will do my very best to help.
