Hi everyone, Here is the calendar of what Events and Mixers we have planned for the 50th Celebration for this upcoming year. January 10, 2015 We will be having our New Years Party Mixer at The Concert Pub 5636 Richmond Avenue, Houston, TX 77057 Phone:(713) 278-7272 Cost: None February 7, 2015 This will be our Senior Trip Mixer. We are doing a casino day trip by bus to the Grand Coushatta. We will be leaving at 6:30 in the morning and returning that evening around 8:30. There is a limited number of seats on the bus for this Mixer and at this date there are only 20 seats left and after these are booked there will be no more. For more details or to book your seat, go to madisonmarlins Cost: $20 per seat March 14, 2015 Will be Drive - In Movie Night Mixer. We will be going to the Showboat Drive in Theater where you can enjoy 2 feature films under the stars. Located near Houston, Texas on FM 2920 in Hockley, Texas. Cost: Just your fee to get in and concession April 12, 2015 We plan to have an Easter egg hunt and a pot luck lunch for all of our grand kids at an area park to be determined. Also we plan to do a memorial to all of the Madison Angel who have passed away. All the details for this Mixer have not been finalized, but whatever they end up being it will happen on this date. Cost: Unknown May 10, 2015 We are calling this Mixer our Prom Night Mixer. Instead of taking a Limo to the dance, we will be taking a 7 day Cruise out of Galveston on the Royal Caribbeans ship The Navigator of the Seas to Mexico, Belize, and Honduras. We already have 32 people booked on this cruise and if we get 50 we will get a private party on board the ship one night during the cruise, when they book thru our travel agent, Sherri at Cruise Capers 832-467-0322. Be sure to tell her you are with the Madison Group to get our group rate. She can also answer any questions you may have about the cruise. Cost: Contact our travel agent. June 20, 2015 Is our Senior Skip Day Mixer. We will be hosting a beach party on Surfside beach. More details to come. Cost: None July 11, 2015 This one will be our warm up Mixer to the EPIC Party!! . We will be holding it at Beef-N-Bun 4418 W. Fuqua. August 15, 2015 This will be the EPIC PARTY!! This will be the last one in our year long celebration of James Madison High School turning 50 years old. This one we hope to be as big as the biggest Super Reunion, Super Reunion 2, but we want this one to be free to attend if we can. Thats why we set up a donation page for those who can to do donate funds to help make this happen on madisonmarlins. We do offer some incentives for some of the donation. We are still working on a venue for this event and have several ones we are looking into and we hope to have this info out within the next couple to three months. We are also selling 50th Celebration Koozies for $3 for one or $5 for 2 plus shipping. You can purchase 4 to 8 of them and pay just the one shipping cost.
