Hi everyone, I am renting out a room in my 3 room apartment in Nørrebro close to Red Square and Nørrebro st. from Feb.1. (next Sunday!!) to Aug. 1. The room is partly furnished with a drawer, closet, chair and carpet. We will be sharing the bathroom with bathtub, a nice kitchen with washing- and dishwashing machine, a big living room and a balcony. The monthly rent is 3800 kr. including internet, water, electricity and heating. The deposit is 3800 kr. I prefer to rent out the room to a woman, 25+ who is: - clean and a non-smoker (at least in the apartment) - social but respects privacy A bit about me: Im 30 years old, works as a consultant/teacher, vegetarian, love cooking and travelling. Im very social and love to be around people, but I need my own space too once in a while.
