Hi everyone! I am very excited to be in this group. I am feeling inspired already looking at your pictures. Bread has bee a passion for 40 years and I am still trying to make a better loaf. Currently I bake bread and pizza for a small B&B that my wife and I run in the very tiny town of Skamokawa, Washington. I feel good about my focaccia, ciabatta and pizza, but still struggle with baguettes and sourdough and a host of others. Heres a couple of pics of things that I feel good about. Later Ill post some of my problem breads and see if I can get some help from all of you.
