Hi everyone: I asked if there were people interested in being moderators for this group and got no volunteers - it is getting too hard for me to read all the postings in this group - I have gotten close to 1,000 notifications from this group since September 1st! Right now this group is set as a Public Group where only members can post but anyone on Facebook can read the posts. There is an alternate setting called Closed Group - all the people in the group remain and people can still be added but the posts will no longer be able to be viewed by people who are not in the group. This also means that your Facebook friends who arent in the group will no longer see all of your postings/comments to the group in their News Feeds and ticker feed. (I would prefer this setting as I think my non-Beit Shemesh friends dont have to read everything that goes on here.) Because this is a large group, Facebook doesnt allow the administrators to change these settings back and forth. So if I do change it to Closed Group, I wont be able to change it back. So Im asking you all - Change it to Closed? Leave it Public? Thanks for your feedback. Naava Pasternak Swirsky
