Hi everyone. I became a vegan just over two years ago. At the time I had started making money cake decorating professionally but discontinued since it clashed with my ethical stance. At the time I wasnt sure if it was practical to offer a similar service using only vegan products. Anyway this year I have spent considerable time researching etc into it all and the origins of things like colourings, which sugar pastes use vegetable based glycerine, which sugars use bone charring etc as well finding delicious recipes that dont use animal products. I am pleased to say I now have a website offering designer vegan wedding and celebration cakes. I live in England, and cover the Lincolnshire area but am willing to travel further.
