Hi everyone! I cannot believe it, but I have been home for over 2 weeks now without having to go back to the hospital! I am having a great time. My caregiver (hilda) has 2 beautiful grandsons (4 and 6). They come over here on Saturdays and I have been showing them how to make candy and crafts. So far I have shown them Lollipops, mint candy and how to dip them in chocolate. Next Saturday I will show them how to paint pictures on candy and how to make a key ring. Their Uncle has a birthday coming soon and Grandma Hilda wants me to show her how to make a special birthday cake and will let them watch me teach her how to do it. I think I am having more fun then they are, but Hilda says they want to come to work with her every morning.! But I still get tired very easy yet . I can now transfer myself into the wheelchair from the bed now, so I am making progress but it is so slow! I have to use a transfer pole. So much for me, back to the boys (they are so sweet). I am planning some kind of craft for August (give me an idea folks, please). September is back to school, so something around a school theme. October is halloween, so something maybe like popcorn balls, November is Thanksgiving, so maybe I will show the older boy how to make those turkey pillows and the younger boy can stuff them, and the turkey cookies. And of cousre December is Christmas, so I will show them a candy Train. and to make some homemade gifs for their loved ones. I also try to tell them about our Merciful God and teach them a bible story each week. PRAISE HIM FOR HELPING ME GET BETTER. Love to you all. Happy labor day, BRANDY. Priscilla,
