Hi everyone, I could use a little advice. I have a hive where a queen introduction has been unsuccessful, its full of drone brood and I spotted a queen with deformed wings which is definitely not the beautiful girl I put in there three weeks ago. Am I best to shake it out in my apiary or try to combine it with another hive? I have two other langstroths, one which is very strong and one which was a small after swarm which is just starting to make headway. I guess Im reluctant to try to combine as I dont want to jeopardise a successful hive by introducing these bees. Oh, I should mention Im in the southern hemisphere so its mid summer. Thanks!
