Hi everyone I have bought and sold over the years and done hundred of refurbs during that time I started to build a two fig portfolio just after 2008 after Id bought a property to sell and I couldnt Since then Ive bought refurbed and held these properties with a view to offload one or two a year when the time is right Recently I embarked on a BTS strategy Bear in mind Im in the outskirts of Durham former mining village Typical properties two or three bed terraces I. Bought a three bed semi in march for handy money and carried out a revamp resold at a profit in June I then bought a two bed terrace and carried out a decent refurb Put it on the market Not one viewing Bought a two bed detached bungalow carried out a very good refurb and was about to market the property But because house number two had no success I bottled it Ive rented terrace and bungalow now Im still looking to buy and sell Cash flow from my portfolio isnt great enough to support my family so I need to reorganise and buy nothing but gems like the first one Or get a better cash flowing portfolio
